Its location was very good, close to shops bars restaurants

It was tired and could do with a spruce up and although it had a small area to sit outside it was overgrown there was a nice communal pool but no sun beds at the property to take to the pool. The ones in the pool area were changed up as they belonged to the residents . No hot water when we arrived as the gas bottle was empty and no replacement in the property but tbf the management company came the next afternoon to right this

Nos gustó mucho la tranquilidad de la zona y la distribución de las habitaciones. El aire acondiconado super silencioso. Un gusto poder comer en el patio con pequeño jardín.

Debido a su ubicación y a estar en temporada alta no pudimos coger el coche para ir a la playa. Fuimos andando lo que supuso un paseo bajando y subiendo la cuesta hasta la playa.

Property was conveniently located to the beach and town. The bathrooms and kitchen have been modernised which is good. Great air conditioning.

Very basic. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were supplied an under sheet for the bed that was too small and meant you were sleeping on the mattress directly. We actually bought our own linen as we were told that was what property owners provided. When we asked for linen for the pull out bed we were told it would cost 57€. The tone from the management company was very rude and unprofessional. Once again we bought our own. The shower was either too hot or cold.

Very Quiet around the apartment complex. There were lots of flowers that made it a peaceful relaxing area. It's close to beach and to the centre of town The apartment is spacious and comfortable with lots of nice artwork. The pool is pretty quiet until the evening. Mini market across the road and supermarket 10mins walk away are very useful Useful items had been left in the apartment for use by guests .. adapter plugs, beach blankets, plastic cups, sun hats, etc. Lots of towels left for us. There was a really nice Tapas place next door.

It is difficult to find space to lie out at the pool because the apartments around the pool all had their furniture out and chained in place The apartment had a lovely little terrace but there were 3 big cactus plant pots on it which made it very tight to sit at the table comfortably. And with the table and cactus plants it was difficult to put out the clothes horse to dry clothes. Steep hill walking back from Burriana beach Pool closes at 8pm which is a little early We had trouble working the WiFi and dishwasher. Menybar did offer to help but we were happy to do without for a few days.
