Место очень тихое, спокойное, веранда огромная. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, места много. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, встретил, все показал, договорился по телефону с таксистом как лучше подъехать, чтобы нам не пришлось идти с тяжёлыми сумками. 10 из 10)

Понравилось все - само жилье, дворик. Очень уютно, чисто, приятно. Во дворе море винограда. Как в детство попала, к дедушке во двор) Все есть для комфортного проживания. Хозяин встретил, все рассказал, показал. Недалеко магазин Копейка и Аврора, остановка троллейбуса и маршруток.

Далековато до моря. Ездили с пересадками. Утомительно конечно. Но в целом, я знала про это заранее. А у кого машина, то будет вполне ок

The appartment is quite large, everything you may need is present. The landlord is very kind (I had a problem while booking a train ticket, he did that for me)

A bit far from the city center, you have to go up the Sofiivs'ka street
