Great location within Rockley Park. Nice van, clean and well looked after

The receptionist was very pleasant and polite and helpful. The caravan was very clean. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Very close to superstores and the beach. buses running frequently.

We could not find the pull out bed LOL, so I had to sleep on the sofa. The twins room were too small for two people, hard to breath for someone who has small space phobia. The price to get in to the pols was too expensive, it should had been part of the price we had paid already. Also paying for bedding and towels was strange , I had never seen that before and we use caravans a lot.

Such a lovely family holiday home extremely well kept . And they was verry helpful with everything. Many thanks. We will be coming back soon

It was very clean and catered for our needs for example toys and books for toddlers.

There was no vacuum cleaner and no wifi

Did not have breakfast as it was a self catering holiday but great location. Very quiet, there is a pine tree right above the property so a sign saying.. "Beware of falling pine cones" would be advantageous.

It was close to much of what there is to see around Poole, including the quay, sandbanks, Rockley Park activities (if you choose to book them) and an easy drive to surrounding areas and local supermarkets. The property was clean, well equipped for kitchen usage and functional facilities. It was surprisingly quiet despite being located right near the entrance of Rockley Park. While compact, the rooms did everything they needed to, providing a clean and comfortable place to sleep (especially with the linens package which gave nice bedding, duvet covers and pillow cases along with the beds being made upon arrival). The hosts themselves were very helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

The only qualms I have are that the shower gel/shampoo that were already in the shower were basically empty and mixed with water. If these were left by previous guests, they should've been disposed of, but if they were included, new bottles should be bought and replaced. Luckily we brought our own toiletries and shower items.

The property was very clean and tidy. It had the little extras to start you off with that usually you have to pack and none are provided like toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid and hand soap. Plenty of utensils and kitchen items to cook a meal… we cooked for 7 and had no issues at all. Toy box provided and books for the children which they both enjoyed playing with more than their own toys. If I needed to contact the owners… they replied very quickly.
