Confortable et propre

Maison confortable, bien équipée, Eddie est au soin. Matelas très confortable et pas loin des arrêts de métro. Très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Propriétaire sympathique. Bon emplacement

Appartamento ampio, su due livelli, con bagno e zona giorno al piano terra e camera da letto e zona doccia (senza water) al piano di sopra. Pulito e fornito del necessarioper bagno e cucina (abbondanti e morbidi gli asciugamani). Doccia walk-in che fa molta acqua ma ampia e spaziosa. Aria condizionata funzionante. Lavatrice efficiente. Forno e fornelli ok. Zona in riorganizzazione (molti cantieri e casi in ristrutturazione) non in centro (bisogna metttere in contro di muoversi con i mezzi quasi sempre). Però non zona fatiscente anzi nel complesso tranquilla. Terrazza per fare aperitivo e cortile davanti alle case top per i bambini.

Nel complesso ci è piaciuto tutto. Forse la posizione (ma quella non si può cambiare di certo!) quindi direi che va bene così. Se siete in macchina tenete conto che la zona ha delle viuzze strette quindi di fatto è semipedonale per necessità...

Very nice accomodation 15 minutes from main attractions,shop was 5 minutes walk, everything was close,and if you don ‘t want walk metro is just 7 minutes walk. Kitchen was well equipped,even microvawe with oven,so you can bake pizza.

The location is good, if you don't need a car or taxi straight to the door. The kitchen is ok equipped with a few things missing. The electric shutters are good. Internet was ok. It is useful to have the covered area for drying the clothes. The house remains cold in summer due to the wide walls.

The property was not very clean, the couch, chairs and bathroom especially are dirty and there is mold etc. I understand the mold issues in Portugal, but still. The bed is terrible and has a huge indentation and is also very narrow. We could barely sleep. The couch is also uncomfortable even for sitting. Upstairs there is no toilet, so good luck going down the uncomfortable stairs in the night to the toilet, which also does't have a sink, so you need to use the kitchen sink. The floor gets super dusty and dirty even if you use slippers, which would be ok if we could clean it, but we had a broken vacuum cleaner and no mop in the apartment, just a stick. There is a dog that sometimes barks super loudly in the yard, even with closed windows it disrupts meetings. Sometimes someone comes and smokes a cigarette in front of the window. The host solves some issues but sounds quite disinterested.

It was excellent accommodation, the host was very easy to communicate with, very attentive. The property was beautiful, comfy and had everything you needed. We absolutely loved it.!!😍
