GBA great house situation super close to the lake front. Beds were very comfortable and it fit 8 adults well with a possibility of another. Great outdoor seating areas too.

NZNZThe lock box code we were given was not correct unfortunately so this was a bit of mucking around.
NZNo response to email regarding broken shower hose in downstairs bathroom or rubbish disposal query-
NZVery spacious house with all the facilities. Everything was very well organized. The booking and key collection was easy and straightforward. There were heat pumps in the house both upstairs and downstairs which kept the house nice and warm.
The issue we had was that there was a small piece of wood in the downstairs bedroom with nails sticking out and one of our family members stepped on it, due to this we had to rush to the ER at night. This was not a pleasant time as our trip was cut short for the next day and we had to come home straight.
NZIt had enough space to comfort fit both my family (4) and my friend’s family (6), without feeling crammed. Nice views of Taupo and it was easy to heat up (we stayed in winter). Only a 5min drive to the centre of Taupo.
Nothing, we were very satisfied and would love to stay again.
