Stunning apartment high above Akaroa town. Great facilities, lovely big outdoor terrace, very comfortable bed, Cinema room and Netflix available

Kitchen joinery was showing some signs of wear

The property is in need of some general repairs and maintenance, eg lamenate on cupboards, water damage on walls , some floor lifting in kitchen etc

"A wonderful break"

The property is in a stunning location. The surroundings are quiet and were just what we needed. The kitchen is great and allows for a quiet evening in after a day of walking. We were lucky to also have wonderful weather.

"Lovely comfortable house in lovely location in lovely Akaroa"

Lovely house, lovely location! The house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of nice touches from bathroom soaps to lots of coffee / tea options.

Nothing! (Even the super steep access road doesn't constitute a non like, even when walking back up it!!)
