Le logement très bien agencé et fonctionnel, très propre ainsi que l'espace extérieur avec un joli mandarinier. La localisation sur les hauteurs de Locri au sein d'un domaine agricole historique et parfaitement mis en valeur

L'absence de wifi

La Casa del Mandarino è sita su una collina che si affaccia sul mare, circondata dalla natura. Il protagonista indiscusso è uno splendido albero di mandarino che dona ombra in un delizioso giardinetto. I padroni di casa sono disponibili e cordiali.

Gentilezza disponibilità da parte di tutti, purtroppo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con la data, avevo prenotato dal 24 al 27 ma era dal 23 al 27, la signora è stata, gentilissima facendoci recuperare il giorno aggiungendo una piccola somma. Il sig.Renato un mito. La signora Franca una signora con il sorriso e tanta disponibilità a mettere l'ospite al proprio agio. Loro ritengono chi va in questa azienda ospite e non cliente. Lasciando la libertà di sentirsi padroni del posto. Lo suggerisco per chi ama la serenità tranquillità e riposo nella natura e tra gli ulivi.😘😘😘

La posizione della TV forse va gestita da poterla guardare anche dal letto.

The room is a small new free standing structure with a small living area, kitchenette, and very nice bathroom and shower. The bedroom is a loft. The room is very comfortable. The location is a working olive/olive oil masseria, with several other occupied homes, including a beautiful main house, surrounded by 5,000 olive trees, including some of the oldest and largest that I've ever seen. No xylella in Calabria, so the olive trees are healthy and beautiful. There's a washing machine at the room.The gate to the property features a wonderful view of the ancient city of Gerace and is only 600 meters from the town of Locri and 300 meters from the hospital, so it's the country in the city. I was told by one of the permanent residents that there is a frantoio behind the main house, but I did not see it. The room is surrounded by a lush, beautiful lawn of St Augustine grass, perfect for sunbathing and evening drinks.

The poultry pen is located 25 meters from the room. Every morning the rooster woke me up at 5am and crowed until 6am. I couldn't get back to sleep.

Directions information put into Google Maps, takes you on a different road (has another name in other gps programs)!!! So we got taken "off road thru some ones Olive grove". Very stressful

Loved the stay at the little house. Could park the car there as well in the shadow. All perfectly clean, comfortable bed, quiet environment. The owner Renato is a very friendly host. We didn't find the house based on the direction from Booking com, therefore stopped on the parking lot of the food store Carrefour, called Renato, waited 5 minutes, then he showed up with a broad grin and guided us to the house.

The location. Peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful farmstay buildings.
