Well positioned in a quiet rural area but close to the town and really close to the main services. Staff is really nice and always available. The house is spacious enough, rustic, fresh and fully furnished. You will enjoy your stay for sure.

+ The owner had the house ready a little bit before the official check-in time so we could arrive earlier which was convenient + the owner was very nice and showed us everything upon arrival + apartment and kitch are well equipped + there is an area reserved for guest in the nice and large garden

in the groundfloor area there is only one window in the kitchen, so if the front door is shut, there is not so much natural light, but there are several lights that can be switched on.

The host Roberto was very kind and helpful,and the property is nice but the view from the top floor - mama mia beautiful. Will visit again definitely and fell in love with town of Lucca.

Very nice house really close to Lucca (such a nice city btw!), has everything you need - even for a long stay. The owner was extremely kind - he welcomed us with the gift, borrowed us umbrellas when was raining outside. I would definitely book it again :)

We loved everything

This was a perfect retreat and the host was helpful and good with communication. The location was perfect just outside Lucca and for us to explore other areas within Tuscany. Facilities were great and we really appreciated the personal touches and the provision of a local bread as a welcome. The structure of the building was delightfully Tuscan. Highly recommend.

Cosy apartment on the edge of Lucca. Peaceful and green surrounding, warm welcome, felt as home. very clean and great host. We liked it a lot.

The Bathroom was just to small (narrow) to be fully functional. That’s the only downside, otherwise it would be 10.
