Apartament z dwoma sypialniami. Duża ilość miejsc do spania.

Apartament był posprzątany pobieżne i w latach był kurz. Wyposażenie apartamentu oraz sprzęt w nim znajdujący się mają już swoje lata i są uszkodzone. Utrudniony wjazd samochodem na posesję z uwagi na rosnące dziko krzewy i drzewa.
