Kavos Psarou Villas

The view is stunning. The house is comfortable and fairing well equipped. There are lots of cats around and they are very friendly (well, that’s good if you like cats, like me).

The veranda’s furniture has seen better days, and the cooker and shower have not been cleaned in a while. The main shower head was almost completely blocked and we could only use the small hand shower one. Shame. Electrics were a bit faulty as well and we could not use two of the oven / AC / hot water combination at the same time (power cut twice). Everything else was ok.

Superb location on the quiet side of Zakynthos, nearby are good beaches and many nice 100% authentic restaurants. Amoudi restaurant is for example TOP ! the property is large and at night absolutely quiet, but at daytime too :-)

Very quiet and cozy place, close to the sea site with amazing view. The owners have been great and helpful all the time and there is a nice family atmosphere. We enjoyed our time a lot and can truly recommend this place.

It's one of those accommodations where you don't even know what to write. From the first moment communication very pleasant, helpful. After arriving to a place of peace without rusiveho noise to a family environment with cozy villas where you will find everything you need. In the morning you open the window and in an instant you have in front of you what you came for the holiday. Peace, sun, sea and a few steps ahead your almost private beach. It suits everyone a little differently, for us with two small children the entrance through the pebbles which after 2 meters is replaced by clean sand. Thus we are still on the sand in the water but we go to the villa without sand on our feet. Beautiful accommodation with high ceilings with stones, air-conditioned both rooms, amenities which do not need anything more. At least not for us. The kindness and helpfulness of the owners' family was an example of how services should be done and why we are human beings. A wonderful time, during which you don't need anything more. Restaurants by peso or by car depending on what one wants and prefers. Here you have the feeling that suddenly it all belongs to you, that you live "at home" and the sea with the salary is yours. You are not disturbed by the excessive tourism and the multitude of roaming people, only by the sound of the omnipresent cicadas. We have traveled enough, stayed enough and this accommodation is one of the best we have had the opportunity to experience and not because of the atmosphere and the people.

It was an amazing storybook location like out of a fairytale. The hosts were warm and authentic and absolutely lovely ❤️
