House has a lovely cosy, mountain house vibe. Great location and well ready for guests. Good and easy contact with the owner too.

Bed mattress could be a bit more comfortable, but its still a nice bed and bedroom all in all.

Really nice views around the house, the property was really cosy and relaxing. The owner was really communicative,helpful and nice.

Just the location but if you want a relaxing time in a beautiful nature this is for you.

"Hikers and nature lovers look no further."

Giorgio's house is very conveniently located to many trailheads in the Apuan Alps, including the Via Vandelli. It is a quiet location with a mountainous feel to it. Giorgio was very responsive and supportive during our brief stay in his house.

Finding the house after dark was a bit of an adventure since Google Maps led to a location some 500m away on a spur road. The key was the picture of the right turn-off to take that Giorgio shared before our check-in.

should replace futon with bed. more comfortable
