L'emplacement près de la Spezia où on peut prendre le train et le bateau. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hôte. La maison est très agréable et propre. Elle est bien équipée. Un super séjour.

Un conseil pour ceux qui ont une voiture basse de type sportive garez vous de préférence dans la cour de chez l'hôte, car en manœuvrant il se peut que cela frotte en dessous car l entrée est pentue. Pour les autres aucune difficulté.

Everything was really great. The apartament is beautifully located (there's a fabulous view from tarrace on the castle), well equipped and comfortable. It's very calm and pitoresque. The host is so kind and friendly that You don't want to leave this place.

We loved our stay. It was such a good spot for us to base ourselves while exploring Cinque Terra. The view was even better than expected. We enjoyed a nice picnic on the balcony. Very comfortable with everything we needed to cook our own dinner, wash our clothes and relax. Easy parking and the hosts were very hospitable and friendly. We feel like we had a true Italian local experience. We will be back!

Steep stairs if you have mobility issues

I was there for the second time. Everything was as great as before. Hospitable hostess and nice view. Located a little away from the crowds.

This fairy-tale accommodation in Arcola was one of the stops on our Italian trip. A truly authentic, fairy-tale milieu and every detail of the cottage is lovable and romantic. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, we would stay at the same place another time. Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was beyond expectations, we were surrounded by the Italian feeling of life. The sense of cleanliness and homeliness is perfect, the equipment was also: coffee maker, oven, all kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothes dryer and hair dryer in the house. Upon our arrival, we easily reached Franca on the phone, who lives next door with her family and welcomed us with true Italian kindness, then showed us around. The location is also truly exceptional due to its orientation, as there is a wonderful view of the old town from the garden and the upstairs terrace from the bedroom. Several times we had breakfast and dinner in a romantic candlelit atmosphere in the courtyard among the olive trees and flowers, or we sat out on the upstairs terrace to have coffee and enjoy the panorama.
