"Gorgeous cottage, would love to stay here again."

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! Super clean and very comfy beds, quality towels and everything you’d need inside! We’d prefer a bit more privacy to sit outside and enjoy the garden but it was still lovely 😊 hosts were fab too!

"Perfect relaxing stay in the middle of the woods."

Location was great and in the middle of the woods. quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I really liked the softness of the sheets.

Place was amazing, beautiful location, well provisioned, comfortable and modern whilst being far from civilization. Will definitely return

We did have an issue with the cooker, the igniter wouldn't stop sparking after some water was dropped on it. I had to turn the power off to the cooktop. Barely even an issue and didn't tarnish the trip or my views of the place at all.

We stayed there for 4 nights and was lovely .Woodland cottage is lovely, peaceful, and away from choas. This is definitely a great place if you want to enjoy peace,silence, and surroundings with woodlands.Caroline is a great hoster ,very friendly and helpful .

Weak signal, but also, it was a bonus to away from the Internet during bad weather.

"Cosy and comfortable, a lovely place to stay and explore the highlands from."

The Cottage is in a fabulously peaceful location. It's comfortable, well equipped and very cosy. It's located not too far from Cawdor and is a little off the beaten track, but easy to get to, with good directions from Hosts Ivan and Caroline.

The cottage is gorgeous - well kitted out and is clean and comfortable. The location is superb - surrounded by woodland, and it’s not too far from local towns/beaches etc. Stayed here a few years ago and will definitely be back again…….. and again……..

"Lovely cottage, good value for money for family accomodation."

Friendly hosts, very clean and lovely space for a family. Proper self catering kitchen so that it was possible to cook real meals.

I understand that the need to strip beds in the morning was related to COVID precautions but it seemed a bit unnecessary at this stage.
