NUEVA NERJA 71 MENYBER

Location is great. We have stayed in this area many times. Burriana Beach is down the hill and has everything, good restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to the Balcon. Menyber Office is literally around the corner and they are very helpful if you need anything.

Tot januari is er een verbouwing naast ons appartement, heel veel herrie de hele dag vanaf s’morgens 7.30 uur. Dit was (is)niet vermeld op de site van booking. Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we niet geboekt.

Clean cozy beds. Overall in need of upgrade. Lovely pool.

Patio too small with broken tiles around a shore outside front door. No need to leave cleaning buckets as I don’t plan housework while on holiday 😝

location was great and the townhouse was lovely.

We had an awful experience collecting the keys. We were told that the address to collect the keys would be on an app called renterus how ever we didn't receive an email.. On arrival I called the host who were very unfriendly and said that all the information was in the email. I asked her to resend the email or let us know where the keys were and she said 'no, the office is shut and it is bank holiday over here'. I then spent over 30 minutes getting through to Booking.com who then called the host who told her that we could collect the keys from MB Boutique Hotel! I am not sure why we could not have been given this information in the first place but it caused a great deal of stress and I would not want to use this host again. On arrival the wifi password was incorrect and it took a couple of days for them to reply with the correct information.

La zona es tranquila, cercana al centro y a la playa. La piscina está enfrente de la casa con el agua caliente y salada.

Es muy difícil aparcar. Que no tuviera un estropajo y un poco de mistol para lavar los vasos. Que el ventilador del techo no se pudiese poner en marcha por la cantidad de polvo y pelusas que tenía...Los colchones son demasiado blandos.

Location, homely feel, everything that could be needed was there.

I would bring the following to your attention for safety......small lamp in corner of sitting room at the couch has a faulty switch.....light on wall to right of TV has a faulty bulb. A non slip bath mat should be provided in the bathroom, hot water supply to bath is not great.

would have liked more keys to apartment.

It was a nice enough location.

The overall cleanliness of the house wasn’t great. Could do with a huge deep clean
