Literally nothing worth to be praised

This place is a disaster for us, the so called parking they suggested to park is almost 1km walk and largely consists of big slops, (absolutely not the 8mins walk that Google map wrongfully show), no one in there sane mind would consider to carry luggages from there and back, this part is however no where to be found in the booking page. The staff has really bad communication, and couldn’t care less for the comfort of the guests, the staff on WhatsApp ask us to leave the luggages at the office then go park, and are well aware of we are driving to the square where the office is, however due to his indifference, we dragged our luggage down and immediately had to push our luggage back up one of the big slope.We asked about the distance between the office and the apparement in advance on WhatsApp, they ignore it, when asked about the details of how the parking 1km away charges they ignore the question as well. They could have let us know there’re parking 5 euros per hour nearby in the ZTL zone and specified which space is nearer and better to unload, but they couldn’t care less to give better information, we have to find everything out by trying ourselves risking receiving fines. The staff even reply my question with Italian voice message which I can’t understand and have no means to translate it. The apparement is in narrow steps and twisted alleys, really hard to find and they expect you to remember the way by showing you just once while struggling with steps and luggages, they could have make a map and instructions for guests to follow, or at least make pictures of the turning points, but no, nothing is done. And there’s also no signal in the apparement,everything has to depend on their unreliable WiFi, also no tea or coffee is provided, not even 2 bottles of water, amazing! This is no place to stay for people driving and with luggages, we felt like we are tricked into this terrible accommodation with bad staff and false information.

Bello il paesino di Atrani e le viette per raggiungere la casa.

Appartamento con odore di umidità nonostante il condizionatore e l'assenza di finestre. Poco accogliente.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. I was stressed out because I was arriving late and they even kindly waited for me. The room is well located in a beautiful small town just 11 minutes away from Amalfi and close to the beach in Atrani. The bed was big and comfy. I'd definitely come back. I highly recommend it for your travels along the Amalfi coast!
