River Walk Haven in Ouray CO

Very clean. Kitchen stocked for cooking and regular life like sandwich bags and tea/local coffee. Extra detergents and cleaning supplies provided which was very helpful. Extra linens and blankets available, games, even treats and bags for our pups! Really felt at home and provided for, even had extra shower curtain which the management company helped to change out right away. Also loved that there was an opening across to the street for easy access to river and walking path, which provided excellent dog bags. Also a quiet area! And easy access to the town. Management company very responsive and friendly with initial door code, recommendations in town, and when we needed something in the house.

-Didn't know that this was a downstairs flat. Seemed like a permanent family lived upstairs when we saw the kids being taken to school. On arrival, kids were screaming and running upstairs, but thankfully remaining week was pretty quiet. Felt a little cramped in that sense then because we wanted a little space, and I actually then felt bad because it seemed like we were disturbing a normal family's regular life. -Pots and pans, and second bathroom shower curtain were in a state on arrival. Management company very accommodating and helpful, resolving issues quickly. -Mattress in second bedroom loft was slumpy and uncomfortable. Ladder to the loft looks cool but isn't that stable.

Being close to town but far enough to be quiet. Condo was very comfortable . Liked the river trail!

No yard/grass for dog and river dead

This apartment is the perfect little place! Tucked away on a back road of town, but across from a walking path and the river, makes it a perfect location. We had our pet with us and it was very accommodating including a sheet cover for "couch loving pets" and a gift basket with treats. It's peaceful, had all the amenities, little personal touches, games for the family, and super clean. The communication with the property management was excellent. We would book this again in a heartbeat! Thank you owners for sharing your home.
