The property was fantastic. Easy self check in. Great locations. The house was large and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

Everything was great

Loads of space, very clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

Check out was a little early 11am would of been nicer, the oven was a little tricky to use so some more instructions would of been good.

Top bedroom radiator does not work the top bedroom self locked my 6month inside when I put him down for a nap panicking at this I had no choice it to break the door in someone came out who was friendly and advised me the I would not lose my deposit this was after running around looking for keys and continuously ringing the number provided and was told to break it in I am still waiting for deposit to be released it said on booking.com the deposit would be released the day of checkout then to be told a day before checkout it could take up to 10 days for it to be refunded which is a joke very quick to take a deposit but slow to return it The cooker was stuck in showroom mode and I purchased over £120 worth of food shopping for my stay and had to be Chuck due to cooking not working and food going out of date I asked the gentleman who came around about the door and he did not know how to sort this I did go on to YouTube to get it off show room mode but it kept reverting back there was no instructions of how to use that cooker any where in the property I lost £120 of food shopping as well as paying out for takeaways £130 for the whole duration of my stay Communication is poor once deposit is received they gave me a WhatsApp number to message with any questions which I messaged multiple times and messages were sent back overlooking what I sent and giving information about checking out also a joke Overall property is in a good location with very friendly neighbours and local shops
