"Non adatta a persone con problemi di mobilità"

La comodità di non avere le chiavi. La casa era pulita ed accogliente. La zona ben servita da metropolitana.

Le scale per andare al piano inferiore veramente scomode e pericolose.

La originalidad y la independencia de los dormitorios. Apartamento pequeño, limpio y céntrico. Muy cómodo para visitar Oporto. Recomendable.

Si hay problemas de movilidad el acceso es limitado por la estrechez de las escaleras. El resto genial.

"Casa curata e in ottima posizione, con alcune cose che richiedono di adattarsi un po'"

Ottima la posizione, vicina al centro. Struttura pulita e curata. Proprietaria molto disponibile

Le due camere da letto sono su piani diversi tra loro; una è al primo piano e una è nel piano seminterrato (con in mezzo il piano terra con una piccola cucina). Per coppie di amici in vacanza non è un problema, ma ad esempio per una famiglia con bambini la situazione è poco adatta. Le camere e i bagni sono dotati di tutto il necessario, ma piccoli (quella nel seminterrato è ovviamente anche buia e un po' umida) quindi muoversi con le valigie e le proprie cose è a tratti poco pratico, per il poco spazio a disposizione. Le scale per scendere/salire nelle camere sono oggettivamente pericolose (con le valigie ancora di più). Nel complesso la consiglierei per due coppie, per pochi giorni da passare a Porto (su un periodo di permanenza più lungo secondo me alcuni aspetti della casa - come il poco spazio e le scale - diventano pesanti)

Nel quartiere non c’è molto, ma in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro, quindi ok

"Perfect for two couples"

House is completely renewed with very nice and cozy interior. Close to city center and metro station Host is very kind and supportive Each Bedroom has it's own bathroom Separate bedrooms, one bedroom at first floor and second bedroom at basement level

The bedroom at basement level has high moisture (humidity)
