Case Micheletti e Garufi

Das Appartment von Mary ist sehr schön gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die große Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Außendusche ist toll. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist prima, da ein großer schöner Strand nur durch eine wenig befahrene Straße von der Appartementanlage getrennt ist. Mary hat bei Rückfragen und Problemen schnell reagiert.

Auch der Pool ist sauber und sehr groß. Leider hatte er während unseres Aufenthalts von 1 Woche nur an 3 Zeitslots geöffnet (wegen Reparatur und der ohnehin immer langen Siestapause). Da das Meer sehr nah und sehr schön ist, war dies aber verkraftbar. Die Anlage insgesamt ist in unterschiedlichem Zustand, aber die für uns relevanten Teile d.h. Marys Appartement mit Terrrasse und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist nur durch einen unterirdischen Tunnel erreichbar. Das WLAN war immer mal wieder nicht und auf der Terrasse gar nie verfügbar.

The equipment of the apartment was excellent, everything was very clean and tidy, we had a great time as a family.

Great 2 bedroom apartment just a 2 min walk to a fabulous beach. It is also directly behind an amazing top 100 pizza restaurant. The apartment had a huge terrace with a table and chairs and lots of space to dry wet clothes/suits. It had pretty much everything you would need. The outside shower was also a nice addition. It was great having access to a large pool. It is in a very small town and I really liked that pretty much everyone else was Italian. We felt like the only tourists and it made it a very authentic stay. The beach is amazing, calm, clear, we swam for hours!

There is air conditioning in the main room and the bigger bedroom but not in the twin bedroom. I was worried about that, but the fan and leaving the door open made it ok. The way to get to the pool is down stairs, under the building, and up stairs. It was a bit dark and slippery but the kids didn't mind. Also, the pool is closed in the afternoon. Despite these little things, we would still definitely come back.

I loved the facilities. It was very clean and well kept. The AC was great, the garden is big. There's a private parking space in front of the door. Mary, the host, is very friendly and helpful. There's a nice restaurant really close. Be sure to reserve a place well ahead though! What we really liked though, was the beach, and especially the nice beach club, right in front of the accommodation. Oasi 2000 is a really relaxed and nice play to spend your day at the beach.

The pool is private, but it's private for all the residents of the buildings around it. It's a beautiful pool, but it's closed most of the day and it doesn't seem to be a place where you can play with a ball.

a lovely flat, very tastefully done. All you need your a lovely week away. Great beach at the end of the drive and the restaurant on the corner is fab.

The pool is shut between 2 and 5pm, the hottest part of the day.
