L'appartement est situé dans une rue très tranquille. Il est très confortable et le jardin et terrasse sont très agréables. La piscine est superbe et pour 2 appartements donc il n'y a pas bcp de monde ni de bruit. L'hôte ne parle pas anglais mais est adorable et hyper réactif. Pour les échanges avec lui aucun souci, l'agence est elle aussi très réactive et parle couramment anglais ainsi que la fille du propriétaire

Bazen je bio hladan i nismo mogli uživati u njemu, iako smo prošle godine bili čak i kasnije i bilo je super. Ne znam što se dogodilo, ali vidio sam da su ga danju potpuno otvarali. Možda jednostavno nismo imali sreće.

Very nice property. Stone house with apartments. Main entrance with stairs to the upper floor. We stayed at the first level. Beautiful garden from the back side. Owner - Nenad is from that house and he is kind and very helpful. Very nice welcome plate of fine domestic jamón and selection of cheese. Outside kitchen also available. There is a heated pool, we didn’t use as weather was very good in September. Comfortable beds, clean and everything is renewed with good taste. Furniture from the time when house is built, all functional. Great place to visit with a friends, even during colder months. Kitchen was fully equipped, including different coffee machines.

First coming as Google was getting us 200m below. Stone road is another charming part. Nenad showed up the moment we called him as he stayed in contact with us during traveling and later arrival. No problem for him.

The place is a real jewel, my kids loved the pool it has like a fountain in the middle of it and it blew their mind. The beds were big and excellent. Clean facilities and a wonderful shower! The host were very warm and helpful. The street is a bit tricky since it's closed on Sundays, don't drive to the end of it cause you'll end up straight in the market with a cart blocking your way and driving reverse in that narrow street that is going up hill is a nightmare :) .

My only "disappointment" was that the pool is not "private" since you are not the only room in the villa. But this is me being very neat picky since all the rest was superb.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus in Risan. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen herzlich – unser Gastgeber begrüßte uns mit landestypischen Spezialitäten und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der beheizte private Pool, der auch an kühleren Tagen zum Entspannen einlädt. Die ruhige Lage bietet Erholung, gleichzeitig sind Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Ferienhaus mit exzellentem Service – wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

דירה חביבה מאוד ומרווחת עם ריהוט וינטז׳ מושקע. מטבח מאובזר טוב. בעלי הבית היו חביבים ועזרו.יש חניה בחצר הבית.

היה קשה לאתר את המקום. גישה לחניה לא נוחה.
