Good location. Basic but everything i needed. Nice to have more space and amenities than hotel room. Pastry cake juice and yoghurt left for breakfast. Tea and coffee options also.

Very spacious apartment and ample food for breakfast

The welcome was done by telephone, from getting the key through to the guided tour of the apartment. We had arrived by bicycle and the host was more than happy for us to bring them inside to keep them secure. The apartment was superb, very spacious, clean and a little slice of heaven for two cyclists.

Really great place with a great host. Easily the best value for money I had on the Via Francigena, with a sizeable apartment just for me. Maybe not the most prettily styled, but very comfortable and everything you could need is there. It's in the middle of the small town, which is great, though when I stayed most restaurants in Sutri happened to be closed. Definitely stay a night extra here to take in some of the great sites that are just a 15 min walk away.

The included breakfast was rather minimalistic, esp if you're hiking, but still very convenient as everything is just ready for whenever you want to have breakfast.
