Very clean and comfortable accommodation, very well equipped, Antonella had thought of everything! Breakfast items, milk, water, coffee and tea. The location is great. I would recommend staying here. Photos were exactly like on booking.com

Charmant appartement très confortable, propre, joliment décoré, bien chauffé. Bonne communication. Après 1 mois sur la via Francigena, une de nos meilleures étapes.

Bien que 2 brûleurs de la gazinière ne fonctionnaient pas correctement, l’endroit mérite largement la note de 10 ! Merci 🙏🏼

"A lovely apartment close to the VF route."

Loved this apartment! Very clean, comfortable, easy to find and check in. Very comfortable bed! Has a clothes washer! Great communication. A super nice restaurant right around the corner. Appreciated the snacks coffee and milk. Absolutely great value for the money!! One of my favorites during this VF walk.

Antonella is such a lovely host, so friendly and helpful, she even left us a cake, and a basketful of biscotti, and breakfast items. It's such a charming little place, full of character, with a very comfy bed and great shower..and the location is great, we enjoyed exploring this ancient walled town..

"Our stay in Sutri"

Everything. It is located just off the VF and is in the older part of town. It was easy to find and is close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night . The facilities are excellent and the host provides plenty of food treats. The shower is good and the bed very comfortable. The host is an excellent communicator and obviously wants us to enjoy our stay here. We recommend La Mia Casetta.

There isn’t anything to dislike at all.

The host made check in very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable too. The washing machine was a good bonus.
