A comfortable room for an overnight stay.

Convenient location for Brecon town centre. Plenty of free parking nearby. Friendly hosts. Well stocked kitchen. Good shower.

The front door was very stiff to lock/unlock. Lighting was not switchable from the bed. Very tiny washbasin (we used the kitchen sink instead).

Location was good. Quite Free parking

Used contact lenses stuck to the bed side table. Door really difficult to lock. Bedding clean but old. Not enough towels, what we had were small. Bathroom taps loose. Not able to block the street light with the blind. A curtain would be better.

The room was excellent and very well provisioned. The fish and chip shop next door where you collect the key delivered food to the room. Very friendly and relaxed.

The price is a bit steep for a solo traveller but that is more a problem with no suitable accommodation being available in the area.

Close to the city

Too small, the smallest bathroom sink I have ever seen, simple interior

Everything we needed Good location.

The fridge was very noisy And the floors could have done with a mop
