Spotlessly clean. Super comfy beds. Great shower. Everything you needed in kitchen to be able to cook a good meal etc. Amazing attention to detail. All smelt so nice!

Sofas a little uncomfortable. A little tricky to park a larger car in secure parking.

Good central location. Good quality accommodation.

The parking space was in a secure gated space but the space allocated for this cottage was very difficult to use if there was a vehicle in the adjoining space (and there was when I was there). The car park was enclosed by high walls which left me with inadequate turning space for access and egress. This was misrepresented and should have been pointed out to the owner before they arrived. Parking on the street(s) nearby was not guaranteed.

It goes a long way when you can tell how much the hosts care about their property and their residents. Tim & Sandra kept us up to date about everything, the house was spotless, equipped with everything we could need for our stay and the beds were so so comfy!! The house came with a binder full of information about the area including recommended bars and restaurants - we tried Sushi Kaji which was beautiful! There was also a speaker, lots of maps for hiking, tea coffee sugar and even a little bottle of milk left for us. We we’re so impressed by everything and it was worth every penny. If that’s not enough. You’re just off the town centre where it’s quiet enough for you but Morrisons, Wetherspoons, Argos and several other useful places are a stone-throw away.

The extractor fan wasnt working but we were told about this before arrival and we didn’t need it anyway! These things happen.

Very smart and well equipped cottage. Comfortable, well decorated and maintained. Excellent location with a short walk to Buxton shops and attractions.

Parking OK for one car, more of a challenge for two. Street parking available but up a steep hill. We struggled a bit with the velux window controls and blinds.

The cottage is lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is great.

Not much. Just parking was a little tight to get into. However we managed and it was good to have secure private parking throughout our stay.

The style. It was modern and kitchen well equipped. The bedrooms were large and I loved the bed linen. Mustard and grey.

The light coming through the blind. Had to block with small cushion. Patterned cushions in L/room have gone flat.
