Boutique Cottage In The Heart Of Buxton Town

Such a lovely little cottage, very close to the centre of Buxton. Really well thought out for people to stay and make their own meals - they've thought of everything! Tiffany was super helpful sending all the details and was very responsive during our stay if we had questions. The mattress on the double was a bit soft for us but fine for a couple of nights 👍 Thanks so much Tiffany!

The shower head didn't fit the wall holder,making it difficult to shower the grill shelf in the oven didn't fit so difficulty grilling, needs a bit of TLC and a deep clean and it would be lovely

The boiler was a problem with the heating too hot

Excellent location, extremely quiet, well equipped and charming property.

The surfaces were clean, but the bathroom skirting, tops of doors and curtains in the bedroom had a thick layer of dirt/dust on them. We didnt go looking for this, it could be seen from a distance. Some crockery wasn't clean. It had probably been put back by previou guests. The house next door was a bit off putting, but we understand the owner has no control over this.

Tiffany our host gave us really useful parking advice and key instructions. The location was perfect for our stay being very quiet yet only a couple of minutes walk from the high street. The cottage was equipped with everything that the 3 of us needed and more. The gas fire in the lounge made for cosy evenings relaxing in front of the TV which had all the usual streaming services and Sky TV too. The cottage suited us well for a weekend catchup with an old friend who was visiting from abroad.

absolutely amazing home with such a comforting and warm environment. have been needing a good get away and this was it!! amazing location, amazing host and amazing property. would definitely recommend to anyone, will be coming here again soon 😁😁

I have no issue that we’re major at all, only issue was that the bath was abit broken

The single bedroom has a dodgy mattress. A dislocated spring makes the bed uncomfortable
