Maryam Garden Apartments & Villa

Schöner kleiner Aussenbereich, nett eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz. Die Person die uns in Empfang genommen hat war super lieb und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Auch die Eigentümerin hat uns über WhatsApp mit vielen Informationen zur Seite gestanden.

Leider wurde eine Küche in der Anzeige mit angegeben (Herd, Töpfe, Pfanne) … leider gab es aber keine Kochutensilien und daher war es nicht möglich wie angedacht zu kochen (der vorhandene Herd wurde dann entfernt). Der Privatstrand gehört zu einem Resort und es ist nicht selbstverständlich die dort vorhandenen liegen zu nutzen. Leider war die komplette Wohnung besonders Bad und Schlafzimmer voll mit Mücken (ungewöhnlich viele wir hatten vorher schon 4 andere Unterkünfte)

besonders gut war, dass man den Strand und die Einrichtungen der vorgelagerten Hotelanlage mit nutzen konnte

das Frühstück war sehr knapp gehalten (für uns aber ausreichend)

Posizione top, ad un passo dalla spiaggia, zona tranquilla e rilassata a 5min di tuctuc da Paje. Spiaggia di fronte molto bella. L'alloggio è arredato con stile e super pulito, letto confortevole (credo il migliore di tutto il viaggio). Aria condizionata, acqua calda e bagno molto grande. Ingresso privato e giardino rilassante e piacevole. Anche la colazione (opzionale) era molto buona. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, Proprietà super gentile, ci ha aiutato sia per visitare le cose interessanti della zona (tante!) Che per fare la spesa nel paraggi. Se dovessi tornare a Zanzibar ci tornerò sicuramente.

Its new and everything is clean. Living room/dinning room with little kitchenette,bath and bedroom. Private entrance/gate. Chilling outside area. Comfortable bed. AC units. Good communication with the owner/manager. Great price.

Its not about property but… there is no shops around. No wifi( not even for additional price) No breakfast ( not even for additional price) Info online was misleading. We ended up with expensive breakfast at tiki resort next door and it was terrible. Maybe do your research on where to dine around if you are planning to stay or just get your groceries in Paje and cook yourself. Just an

The house is nearby the beach in Bwejuu. Not too many hotels nearby so expect quiet place and time. It is a house separated in 3 sections and was there mostly alone. I had bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with an internal patio. This is a house and not a guesthouse or a hotel. However in this area for example you can stay at the pools of the hotels with a consumption which is great and allows to wait for the tide to come back up. The house is clean and well equipped. The lady coming everyday tried to check if all was good and provide help as she could.

In the period I stayed there we had problems with power. Numerous cuts in general for the area which is difficult to manage when it is more than 40 degrees without air going throw. This does not have anything to do with the house itself but the general situation of power on the island (hotels may have generators but individual houses not).

Maria's place is charmingly decorated, very clean and full of privacy. Right in front of the beach you can easily reach everywhere and small restaurants around. Maria's family is wonderful and hosts wholeheartedly. The place has a small kitchenette for cooking which really helped us on our trip with our daughter. warmly recommended
