The location is amazing. Right by the beach, next to the dunes. Reachable without a car.

We liked everything

Loved the location (on the beach with sea view), property itself well equiped, master bedroom beautifully decorated, I had all I needed. The owners are wonderful, helpful and kind.

Warm, cosy and welcoming even in the last week of November. A beautiful home in an exceptional location right on the beach. Everything worked and flowed smoothly. Clear and concise instructions on how the house works in a folder. Lots of space and a welcome hamper.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The location is excellent. The house was welcoming- bedrooms and linen were warm and comfortable. We had a lovely welcome pack and the communication was very good with the owners Parking was great - private parking within the hours of the stay. Kitchen was well equipped.

A little wear and tear on the floor tiles. We had an issue with external issues which we resolved privately after we left.

The owners directions/instructions were great, location was great, there were plenty of plates, glasses cutlery and the appliances were good too. Bedrooms were good especially the main bedroom my mother loved the view and the size of the room. I had the room downstairs and was most happy with that. The instruction manual was a good idea, we referred to that a couple of time.

Couldn't use the hob - a light came on to show the hob was locked, the place was a bit tired and needs a bit of love and attention. The floor was uneven and my mother did trip a couple of times due to the floor tiles being uneven. The owners did tell us about the huge sand pile outside which did block our view.

It was amazing to sit on the patio with an early morning cup tea and look at the sea and the fabulous beach .

A minor detail but I like a bigger pillow, or maybe 2 small ones, I’m certainly not complaining, just a thought.

Location was perfect for our beach escape. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and the property is very well equipped and clean - there is sand, but you expect that.

Everything as expected - just to note the beach in good weather gets exceptionally busy and the visitors are noisy and messy. The house is double glazed and well insulated but if its warm you need the windows open to enjoy some air.

The property is literally on the beach. The location was amazing. People watching from the patio while sunbathing was great. The main bedroom was comfy with the most amazing view. The other rooms were less exciting but not uncomfortable. Very well equipped modern kitchen area. 2 decent bathrooms.

If the weather had been bad there was no where very comfy to sit. The lounge area furniture wasn't very comfy. The glass in the downstairs main room was opaque because the seals have blown and replacement would be nice. Some of my compsnions commented that nicer bed linen would be welcome.

Everything ! Fantastic location, great view from master bedroom and on the patio, very clean throughout, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, welcome gifts, more spacious than I thought. Lovely to have travel cot, high chair and the beach toys there. Great to have a car park so close with a free permit for main guests. We had a fantastic time !

Nothing at all to dislike about the property! We had an issue with noisy building work at next door property on just one day -though builder did knock to apologise. I understood they were getting property ready for the season and was a one off. Was quickly offered a later check out time by the host as a goodwill gesture which was very kind as situation out of her hands. We had extra cars at times with family and friends, as we had 5 nights but some stayed 1 or 2 nights. Some were lucky to get an extra pass for the day from kiosk staff some not - daily car park charges are high when surrounding roads full.
