View is good, but not worth $225 per night.

On arrival, had to search for property, found sign next to road after asking neighbours. Had to hike up 50m path overgrown with grass and weeds, slippery steps and dodgy railings. Walking up 3 trips with baggage through all the junk lying around, boats, chairs, tables, spas. Other junk hidden behind see-through tarps underneath tiny houses. Wet and dirty chairs outside, no table. Tiny house was neat, no place to put your bags or clothes. No coffee machine. Not enough toilet paper to make the next morning. Left after 1 night, as accomodation was not as advertised on Bookings App. Tried to get refund for 1 nights stay, but owner hiding behind small print, T&C’s and supposed bell-hop service. You rather need a sherpa to get all your stuff up there.

We didn't like the access to the property, it was very steep and uneven not suitable for elderly people.

stayed new years eve. Complimentary bottle of wine & fairy lights out the back door were a nice touch. The tiny pod itself is nicely fitted out with ensuite & kitchenette. Welcome teas, coffee & milk. Great shower. We didn't use them but it was good to see a heater & fan. The sea view is amazing but limited as we were warned not to go on the deck as unsafe. A great beach is nearby - not quite beachfront or private as advertised however. Glad to wake up to dry weather & thankful we successfully navigated the track safely multiple times. Luckily we're still pretty mobile & resourceful although both in our 60's! Felt it was unfair not to mention the challenging access for those older or with less mobility - we would have been happier if forewarned that the property is a work in progress. There were no reviews when we stayed so we only had listing details to go by - we would be cautious of that in future.

It was wet when we arrived & with no number marking we eventually found it by a process of elimination after checking each house in the street. Interesting climb to the unit up the track which had been recently cut through the long grass - uneven & very slippery, difficult even with only a bag of essentials. No shelter over the entry door, rain running freely through the sun sail. A door mat or extra towels would be useful. Although we laughed about it later It felt like a bad joke at the time. Listing information was misleading stating "private apartment in a building" " Free onsite parking convenient for all guests!!" The room size said 30sqm but the pod only measures 8 feet x 24 feet which is actually only 17-18sqm. For those reasons it felt like a bit of a con for $200 but we slept well enough.

The view was spectacular but was limited due to the deck being not useable.

Parking was limited due to excessive stored obstacles eg. boat and trailer, mowers and excessive rubbish. The track to the accommodation was overgrown with weeds and equipment, with exposed power cables, slippery pathway and uneven steps. It was uninviting to get to the door of the accommodation to find excessive stored equipment underneath the accommodation and neighbouring property. We could also see exposed sewerage system and piping, torn overhead shade covered, gas bottles on the wall not secured and two old rusty chairs and a table. Unfortunately as mentioned above the decking was not available due to only having planks laid down fixed by strops. We do questions whether this property is consented? We were surprised to find no soaps in the bathroom, hair dryer, mirror and some areas of dust.
