Alloggio spazioso e ben organizzato, pulito, provvisto di tutto il necessario. È stato omaggiato tutto l'occorrente per la colazione, graditissime le arance (e lo spremiagrumi) per godersi una deliziosa spremuta.

Per chi ne sente la necessità aggiungerei solo l'aria condizionata.

Mir hat nur gefallen, dass die Interessenten freundlich waren, alles andere war sehr schlecht.

1_Meins ist zu dunkel. Die Beleuchtung ist überhaupt nicht gut. 2_Ich war mit meiner Tochter dort, die im Rollstuhl sitzt. Meine Tochter konnte nicht baden.Sie haben eine Duschkabine aufgestellt, die nicht einmal einen Quadratmeter groß ist, das ist viel zu klein. Außerdem ist der Brunnen fest installiert, sodass man das Wasser nicht bequem nutzen kann. 3_Im Haus ist es sehr heiß und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Sie haben einen Ventilator installiert, aber der nützt nichts. 4_ Die Betten sind überhaupt nicht bequem. Sie haben zwei Einzelbetten zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben. Außerdem mussten wir mit unserer 15-jährigen Tochter im selben Zimmer übernachten.

Good value for money: you'll get a flat for the price of a hotel room. Definetely reccomended if you're a small family on a budget: the place is half-way between Milan and Lake Como, in a nice farm with lots of animals (goats, donkeys, horses...), but clean. The area is more or less in the countryside, not far from Merate's town center, but you'll need a car or a bike if you want to get around. There is also an 'agriturismo' in the premises, which serves locally produced food.

The walls between the flats are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbours; luckily mine was the front flat of a sort of terraced houses complex and the bedroom was on the outer side, so it didn't really matter.
