Nothing it was awful it's not what you see in the picture we couldn't stay there was so dirty

Hated it all even going up to it all the stairs, pillows sheets horrible dirty just disgusting, stains over the couch

The unclean approach to the building No lift walking up 3 flights if steps with luggage very difficult needed more cooking utensils...carpet not clean

Too many stairs to get to apartment. No frying pan Shower seal needs to be renewed

It was clean and modern. We had everything we needed at it was all in good working order.

The apartment appeared clean

After a 500 mile road journey from Somerset to Dundee we arrived 10 hours later to find our accommodation but the key code we were given didn’t work. After contacting pillow partners we managed to obtain the correct code. On entering the apartment we were greeted with an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen/lounge area. Went to investigate the smell and my daughter got her foot caught in the loose carpet causing her to trip. There was mould in the bathroom around the bath seals and a kitchen cupboard door was hanging off. The area is run down with overflowing rubbish bins outside and noisy cars racing up the road. We were only there for a maximum of 10 mins before deciding not to stay at the accommodation, it just screams drug hostel. This may be ok for students to doss in but as a family apartment it is unsuitable. We immediately requested a full refund as we had to find alternative accommodation but after lots of questions and providing photos they still are not being very forthcoming.
