River View Apartment

Great place. Clean tidy, spacious. Great location.

Ideally would have had toilet roll. While whole flat was wheelchair friendly, had significant step to get down first, rest was awesome.

The property was comfortable, clean and well-decorated with all the furniture we needed.

The listing specified private parking which was a big part of the reason for choosing the property. This is not the case - there is on-street parking outside the property but no guarantee of availability. We also struggled a little with cooking due to the lack of pans and utensils.

The flat is a fantastic size and is clean and modern in decor. A great find which I will use again when next in Dundee.

Paint work needs a wee touch up and possibly more items of crockery eg a jug for the microwave.

It was a spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation. The beds were big and warm. We were very comfortable indeed. The river view are seen from 2 of the bedrooms as well as the from the backyard.

There was only one bathroom for the 6 of us which we knew in advanced. This was do-able for our family, but may be tricky for larger groups (the property is advertised to accommodate up to 8!).If there was at least one more toilet in the property, it would be exceptional. The free parking is a street parking on a hill. We rented a minibus so the hill street parking not only tested the breaks of our minibus but our driving and parking skills too. 😂

We love the spacious place and room, with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is perfect. Just the dining table is a little too small for 5 girls, which all of us brought our laptop to work. otherwise, the rest are fine, the view were great.

There's no extra toilet roll provided, no sponge for the kitchen to wash the plates, no extra garbage bags.

The location was great

Getting in was a bit of trouble as the codes given wouldn't open the key safe. Also, issues with the boiler had us sleeping without heating and no hot water until later the next morning before checkout.

Property was great however there were no extra bin liners eta which would be helpful

One bathroom for the amount it sleeps wasn’t great however we knew that when we booked

The beds were huge and so comfy. The whole apartment was stylish and not too far from the centre.

We struggled to get the Hoover off the bracket and didn’t know which bins were which for recycling but that’s no reflection on the property. The property was brilliant.
