Very quiet location which was great, with perfect walking routes directly next to the site. The caravan we stayed in was excellent.

We arrived at the Aspen and discovered the heating wasn’t working. The staff were great and had us in a new Caravan in minutes.

The caravan was clean and comfortable, and the site itself is in a lovely setting. It was quiet and peaceful which is just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.

We got the equivalent to an upgrade without paying extra. We come down every year for bonfire night and will definitely be booking the Ardennes next year

Fantastic caravan clean tidy and plenty of space

We were upgraded to a brand new 3 bed which I think was Ardennes. Had a partial view of the water, lovely view of the waterfall at the side. Had pretty much everything you could want. I was very surprised at how good the central heating was. Had an en-suite toilet and a seperate shower room. It was absolutely spotless. Great base for beach and Dunoon a short drive away. Would recommend and we will definitely come back

The phone signal was pretty much non-existent so paid for the WiFi. Unfortunately this didn’t really work either. When I handed the box back Hazel said that I should have said and we would have got another box (I personally enjoyed the lack of devices but don’t think rest of family were so happy!) and she actually gave me most of the money back which was a lovely gesture. The only other thing I would add would be a couple of lamps in rooms and maybe an extra telly in the main bedroom would be fantastic but I wouldn’t complain about any of it

Unfortunately the aspen was unavailable but we were upgraded to another caravan that was new.
