This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

"Perfect location for Topsham"

Perfect size for our family of 4. Easy to park opposite and short stroll to the main high street and waterfront. We loved the garden.

"Lovely location and garden, flat in need of some TLC."

Lovely location in Central Topsham. You can see thought and care went into the decorating when it was originally done. Generally good communication from the host. Lovely garden.

The flat has a fair amount of visible wear and tear. Eg. Damaged lamp in one of the bedrooms, the armchair in the lounge is stained, cushions limp and cushion covers faded. Rugs all need a wash. Generally the flat was quite dusty- especially the blinds on the windows in the lounge. Would expect better considering the high cost of the cleaning fee included in every booking.

"Great for a 2 night break"

The location was great - close to village centre and a couple of really good takeaways (Indian, Chinese). Cottage was as described, well appointed and with good outdoor space if there on a sunny day. Communication with Nomi Homes was excellent.

We struggled with the heating, as in too hot. The beds/pillows weren't the best.

"Exceptional"

Visited Topsham for the first time to see my newborn nephew. Very quiet area! The cottage itself is very homely, warm and clean. Well equipped with everything you could need! The 57 bus goes to the city centre and the bus stop is seconds away from the home. Beautiful garden which unfortunately we did not get to use due to the winter weather! This place will for sure be our yearly second home every time we come back to visit! Pub on the right, and to the left, my brothers restaurant Denley’s and the food was fab!

The only criticism would be the mattress’s were quite flimsy and gave us some back pain.
