Entire 4 Bed Townhouse

Comfortable beds, helpful host.

House was tired, scruffy, in need of a really good clean and tidy. Advertised for 7 people, although not enough comfortable seats for 7. Neither the table in the kitchen or lounge was large enough for 7 people. Lots of food left in kitchen cupboards, and kitchen drawers full of junk. Part used butter in fridge with toast crumbs! Downstairs cupboard and airing cupboard full of more junk and bed linen / towels etc just thrown in. Pillow case left in washing machine. Bathrooms full of many part used bottles of shampoo / conditioner / shower gel etc. Overall, house felt and looked dirty, kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses needed a really good wash. I appreciate standards vary from person to person, but this house did not meet mine.

Spacious and comfortable, just suited needs for our stay. Joel very helpful.

Location was fantastic, a 10 minute drive into Exeter City Centre. Easy to find, easy access into property upon arrival. The host was very responsive to emails and in returning the holding deposit. The house was generally very clean and had a lovely welcoming feel to it.

There was nothing that I really didn't like at all.
