Bookings.com did not update our booking and we couldn't stay 3 nights Needs electric blankets for the winter

Bed in main room not that good and the bathplug is not working in en-suite. As soon as you let water in, it runs out, even though it is closed

We loved the location & the fact that it was in a lovely secure estate which meant our kids could ride their bikes & we could go for walks. The kitchen was stocked with tea & coffee & detergents which was nice. The rooms were comfortable & the living space was lovely.

The rooms were extremely cold, the aircon & fire from the lounge does not reach the rooms. Would recommend electric blankets or heaters in the rooms during Winter months. There are enough blankets provided however the chill in the rooms was cold, rooms don't get a lot of sun. There is a big ant problem in the kitchen, we woke up to ants that infested the counters & floor. We contacted the host to take care of it & they said they would but nobody came which was disappointing. There was also no Doom for us to use ourselves.
