The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience. The air conditioning kept the apartment cool, and the wireless internet and Smart TV added to our comfort. Our host, Nikos, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Overall, Kiani Apartments provided a great base for our vacation, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Great location adjacent to the beach with reserved parking. The apartment was so clean and new with all the amenities we needed. We loved the restaurant next door run by the same family. Nikos and family are so responsive and take care of you like family. It was absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely spotlessly clean. AC unit in every room. Fully equipped kitchen. Near the beach- with free sunbeds from the cafeteria. Nikos welcomed us with wine, water, juice, fruits and his mother even cooked us a really good traditional greek meal.

We liked every thing about these arpartments, the location, and most of all the very warm welcome you receive from mamma and the rest of the family, I highly recommend Kani apts 10/10

Location is great and right by the sea 50m. The apartment is well maintained, everything you need is inside with a terrace for nice breakfast with sea wave sounds. Kitchen well equipped. Morning walks on the beach to Kalyves area are dhort, fun, and refreshing and a great start for any day.

The extractor fan from the restaurant could be a little noisy but didn't stop us sleeping.

It was very clean, good air conditioning, good shower with plenty of hot water, the bed was nice and firm, all necessities for cooking with a good fridge freezer, the lighting in the rooms is very good, a nice outside shower on the property after swimming in the sea. The beach is just a stone throw away with plenty of fishes to see. A good supermarket just 8 minutes walk away. There’s a nice restaurant around the corner. Nikos was always available to help and answer any questions.

The internet is a bit slow but does work and was reliable.

Everything was perfect for us. Super clean apartment, modern and with everything you need there. Nikos is a super host, sorted quickly our requests and gave us a bit of advice of pleces where to eat traditional food( a must for us) and this includes the family taverna next to the apartment. We had a great time in Crete and I can't recommend Nikos and his place enough. Efharisto poli and we'll see again 😊
