Having access to the sea was lovely, pool area was nice. Cab rides into town only 150 lira each way Host is very helpful and friendly Terrace had a lovely view of the bay and the apartment was well equipped

The description for the property, didn't say it was in Patara Palace Hotel & Resort, so was hard to find for airport transfer. Also when looking up the property on Booking.com it should mention it. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the shower leaked. The resort is very steep and has plenty of steps, the hotel does run a shuttle bus from the pool/sea to a couple places around the reosrt.

Fabulous property, very cosy, attention to detail was spot on, Aydin had everything covered.

If you don’t like steps it mightn’t be for you, but it provides stunning views and a shortish walk into Kalkan but make sure to ask the way, the short cut!

Our stay at this beautiful villa in Kalkan was fantastic. Perched on a lower mountain with breathtaking sea views, the resort is spectacular. The warm pools overlooking the sea were quiet in June, and the restaurants and bar offered great food and atmosphere. The friendly staff made a real fuss over our children. The villa is close to the pools, restaurants, and sea, although there are steps to navigate. However, the frequent minibus service made getting around easy. Overall, this villa is a perfect spot for a relaxing break. The charming port town of Kalkan is just a short £2.00 taxi ride away. Highly recommended for a fabulous holiday.

The location is outstanding. The view from the villa is lovely and the gardens are beautiful. Erhan is an exceptional host, who is on hand to help with anything. He was very hospitable and knowledgeable about the kalkan area. We had a fabulous holiday!

Everything. Hosts exceptional

Erhan was a great host, waited for us even after our flight was delayed. The villa has a great view and has everything you need in it. Erhan also took us on an all day boat trip, highly recommend. Its a 15 min walk into town which we liked, and a cheap taxi back up the hill. There's the pool in the resort also which has a bar/restaurant. Apparently you can get a mini bus back up to the villa but we walked it. Over all really liked the stay here.

Nothing to do with the accommodation but the supermarket (Tempa) just next to the villas was a ripoff. They charged double the price, e.g beer, than the other nearest supermarkets. So buy in town is my advice.

Turkish hospitality in general is amazing but Erhan and his lovely family take this to another level .......The accomodation was spotless and within a resort .20 to 30 minute walk from all the main restaurants in town but the trade off is the peace and tranquillity. The resort itself is safe and family friendly with a regular shuttle bus up and down a steep hill .There is a beach club and a private beach a restauraunt.cafe and swimming pools .There is also a supermarket a short walk up the hill......The accomodation itself is cosy and compact with all you need .Smart Tv with Netflix was a bonus . There are two toilets one with a shower en suite and a toilet with a washing machine in the lounge area . A well equipped kitchen is self contained in the living area .There is a sofa and sofa bed in the lounge . There is one bedroom with en suite shower .Very comfy bed with mosquito net supplied .There is a window which faces a wall but this keeps the room dark and cool on the warmer nights .There is also a large terrace with dining table to eat meals or have breakfast .....also sheltered and cool.....Erhan is fantastic for helping with transport ...he is a happy guy who laughs all the time .As does his lovely wife Sara....

Good spacious accomodation, with good facilities for a self catering holiday. The resort itself has good facilities with sea sundecks platforms, swimming pools, spa and restaurants. Supermarket near to resort, and close by in Kalcan. The property owner could not be more helpful in every way. Superb views of Kalkan and the sea from the apartment balcony.
