Area atmosphere was good

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is the worst place I have stayed in my 20 years of travel history.

I didn't like anything about the facility. It was a horrible stay. The host was very rude. They showed me something else and gave me something else. The kitchen was very unhygienic. The property was listed for 4 adults but the room was so small for 4 people. It was damp and smelling. I could not sleep because of two spiders in my room (at least whom I saw, maybe there were more). They were the biggest spiders I saw in my life and one spider alone could easily cover your whole hand. I am attaching the picture for the same. The distance between the car parking and the facility is more than 100m, and it was a very narrow, uneven walk away, you have to carry your suitcases because suitcase tyres won't work on the pebbled and dirty pathway (attaching the picture). Even wifi was not working. The first sentence that came from the host was "can you cancel the booking from Booking.com and pay me directly, so I don't have to give the website any commision". As soon as I refused, she started showing her true colors. I was with my old parents and reached the property late in night after a tiring journey and somehow stuck to this property, otherwise I would have booked the hotel and left. It was a scary experience, and we left asap in the morning. Further, because kitchen was so unhygenic, I ended up cleaning stove so I can use it for boiling water and milk (attaching the picture, look at the left and right burner to get the idea, look at the lighter in the same picture). RO was in very bad condition and water was smelling (picture attached) because they properly never serviced it since they bought it. They charged 200 rs extra for using the induction that we used hardly for 5 minutes, because the current is very costly, as per her. Don't stay at this place, otherwise you will surely regret it. I don't know how it get such a good rating on Booking.com. I am not a lawyer, otherwise I would have filed a case against booking.

Staff is helpful.

Didn't feel the property facility was worth the price. Not even a TV in the room, ac stopped working after some time. When we enquired, staff told it's because of voltage issues. We kept some things in common fridge, found some of it missing from there, even though there were no other customers. Car doesn't come near the property, so be careful with disabled guests. Felt like a makeshift arrangement than a full fledhed hotel.

Spicy Prawns fish and other fishes and meals

The host are super nice and made us feel welcomed. The house is very near to the beach. We were also able to rent scooter and get an airport drop off.
