Operator attitude sucks to the core. Blame guest for their inapt and poor showing. Wanted to settle with them offline amicably to fix the spoilt aircon but they rejected. Instead ask us to move out if we don like. Last minute expect us to search for other accommodation. When we complain to booking.com they blame us picky and looking for trouble. I only ask them fix the aircon, but there are so much more issues which i was prepared to just keep quiet. Big ants swarms the kitchen bowl and plate area, walls full of stinky bugs larvae infestation, furniture that ready to crumpled which could cause serious safety issues, all sticky and dirts under carpet, itchy bedsheet causing rashes. My baby crying whole night because of the aircon issue. The worst nightmare of travelling ever. If booking.com still allow them to operate then i really nothing to say. I just hope my comment can save other travellers from such nightmare. Peace out.
