That it was literally right next to a bar that has extremely loud music from 9:30 PM to 2 AM. When I say loud, I mean extremely loud and impossible to sleep. If I would’ve known that it was that extreme I probably wouldn’t have booked it. The music is every Thursday- Sunday, so I would only recommend booking this airbnb from Sunday to Wednesday.

La localisation est top, on peut faire plein de choses à pieds, le quartier est hyper animé! La maison est pleine de charme, on peut se garer juste devant, le service de l’agence qui gère la maison est top!

Le quartier est tellement animé que cela s’entend parfois jusqu’à assez tard!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We were 2 friends who booked last minute (lucky for us as I don’t think it would be available normally), and were so grateful we got to stay here. If there were more than 2 people this would be outstanding value, we felt it was amazing value just for us. The location is amazing, decor gorgeous, and we managed to make use of the courtyard sunshine and pool all day. Do not hesitate booking this property. All amenities here too should you be staying in a larger group or need to cater.

We were very tired so slept easily, but if you are light of hearing, the sound from the bar next door is definitely disturbing. I am usually someone who can’t sleep through anything, but I did manage it with earplugs. Personally it’d say it’s worth the risk

The property is gorgeous-the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s well centralized in downtown La Paz; very close to restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, small supermarket. The location is walking distance to the boardwalk area (the nightlife activities, bars, a mini pier and areas where kids can run and play). Ana, the property manager, was MORE than amazing and delivered a cake and balloons to celebrate a birthday during our stay. She was super responsive and had a lot of good reccomendartions!

Unfortunately due to the area, it was the price we had to pay for location -non stop music all night from the bars next door, people loudly talking/singing well into the AM & motorcycles/cars revving their engines. If you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep, this might not be it.

This Casa is an absolutely beautiful property right in the heart of downtown la Paz. Bedrooms are spread out on private each with an unsweet bathroom. Location is ideal for walking around La Paz, close to the Malecon and restaurants. It was very sheltered and quiet. Loved the decor.
