AT LEAST THIS COMPANY DIDNT KILL ME 他们至少没有拿刀架在我脖子上或者枪杀我。

这是一篇花费了3000元的评价！希望各位将要预订的伙伴慎重考虑。 UNRESPECT STUFF UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE UNSAFE PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY AND PRIVACY！从我几个月前定下这个酒店开始，这家酒店就每隔一段时间不停的发我超过1000字骚扰信息，总之让我填写一个不知名网站。点开一看，一个非BOOKING官方的unkown小野鸡网站需要让我填写信用卡所有信息，包括背后的安全码CVV，这些信息足以盗刷我的卡！并且还要我提前网上预付超高额$500（参考基督城希尔顿预授权保证金$150）做保证金。不知道是否有人跟我有相同的国外被盗刷信用卡的情况，这家酒店甚至没有前台就让人把钱和卡都交出去，我在BOOKING七八年高级会员，在新西兰定了不少大师作品，其他不同国家也定了不下百十次，第一次遇到这样的强盗要求。我拒绝了，于是这家民宿员工不客气的提出让我支付$55让他们经理本人过来帮我们处理的要求……他们把自己的工作责任推卸到我们这里。我找BOOKING咨询是否有其他方式提供保证金，比如像正规酒店一样冻结，或者由BOOKING担保，BOOKING说让我暂时不要填写任何网站，他们去确认。还没等到BOOKING回复，酒店工作人员就气急败坏私信我对我进行人身攻击，非常不尊重的嘲讽我，话语恼羞成怒刺耳不已，不知道是不是阻碍了他们“搞钱”产业链。以上提及个人信息的所有内容在酒店订房须知里并没有提到，我也不知道是怎样的背景才可以让这样水平的公司进入BOOKING这个平台。前后巨大不一致和中间种种，我开始感到恐惧，这家公司态度之恶劣与强硬很像黑帮的行径，我们带着全家人，BOOKING平台距离遥远，万一有个三长两短，不敢想后果！所以全家当天改行程换了一个正规酒店居住。目中无人的员工，非常业余的服务，高危险个人信息泄露隐患和信用卡盗刷，无论发生什么都不可退房！慎重！慎重！
