Some of the bedrooms are nicely designed and the beds were generally comfortable. Additionally one of the four bathrooms was newly made so also good. The living room is also ok.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 7 adults and paid €2,200 - an amount that is simply not justified by what this apartment delivers. Capacity claim is a lie. The listing claims space for up to 20 people. We were 7, and the apartment was already feeling tight. Fitting 20 people here would be physically impossible in any comfortable sense - this is a serious misrepresentation. The condition of the property is well below what the photos suggest. There are scratches, scuffs, and marks on walls throughout. One of the kitchen floor tiles is broken and missing a chunk entirely. The washing machine is visibly rusting. The roller blinds are stained and yellowed. Door frames are cracked and chipped. The curtains have stains. Upon arrival, one of the large living room pictures - with a plexiglass cover - was leaning cracked and marked with an black marker against the door. The balconies are decorative at best and clearly haven't been renovated in years. The toilet situation is a real problem for a group. Out of 4 bathrooms, only 2 were actually usable for normal use — one of them located inside a bedroom. The other two have signs explicitly warning guests not to flush toilet paper or use them for anything more than liquids due to plumbing issues and flooding risk. For 7+ people sharing a space, this is a significant limitation that is nowhere mentioned in the listing. The location is loud - very loud. The apartment sits directly on a major, busy road. Despite what the listing implies, street noise is a serious issue, especially at night and in the early morning. The hosts leave a small cup of earplugs — but there were only one pair for 7 people, which says it all. No flexibility whatsoever despite the price paid. Despite paying €2,200 for a 4-night stay, a late checkout was not possible.

Well equipped, clean apartment. Good central location - 15 to 30 minute walk from most tourist attractions and right next to metro stop.

Central location so noisy outside (to be expected). Conversely, internal noise monitor very sensitive - triggered if large group having conversation in lounge area which was bit off-putting. Not a problem if you are going to spending a lot of time away from apartment or eating out. Very strange but could only poo in 2 of 4 toilets - 1 in ensuite and 1 next to kitchen - so not ideal if large mixed group of adults (never seen this before!).

L'appartamento ha un'ottima posizione e si trova al primo piano. Arredato in modo meraviglioso, si presenta subito molto accogliente. È ben distribuito ed organizzato per un soggiorno lungo o breve che sia. Ha delle belle stanze luminosissime e confortevoli, bagni adeguati per tutti gli ospiti, una cucina organizzatissima con un frigorifero/freezer maxi e un ampio soggiorno, tutto come da foto. Sistemazione perfetta per condividere una vacanza a Lisbona in famiglia o con amici, garantendo a tutti un proprio spazio. Si può raggiungere il centro di Lisbona con una semplice passeggiata. Altrimenti ha la fermata Metro (Intendente) proprio fuori dal portone dello stabile, appena ristrutturato. A pochi metri c'è quella del bus e pure quella del Tram 28. Se invece si è in auto, spostandosi di due traverse c'è pure un parcheggio. Sotto casa un piccolo market aperto fino a tarda notte, un bar pasticceria a qualche metro per un'ottima colazione ed un rifornito Lidl, risalendo la traversa di fronte. Consigliatissimo.

Da sapere che, superato l'ingresso dello stabile, ci sono 2 rampe di scale.
