Preciosa Casa en el Casco Histórico de Baiona

The apartment is modern, clean and a lovely bathtub. We could walk to everything in Baiona, no need to get the car. Owner was nice and very accommodating.

Despite no English/Spanish Dors made great effort to welcome us warmly and showed us around the lovely property directing us to the various facilities and extras that we might need - washing machine, extra linen and bedding etc. There was also hair dryer, iron, and two shower rooms. The property is nicely decorated, spotless cleaner and the bedrooms are well set up and very clean and comfortable. Very suitable for a group or family. The location is perfect, just a stones throw from the main streets. Dors is a great host and very kind to allow us to store our bikes in the hallway and offered us water and well wishes as we set off to rejoin the Camino on the morning of check out. No hesitation in recommending to anyone visiting.

Drainage in the downstairs bathroom isn’t great. It wasn’t a big issue for us. This was still a perfect property.

Dora the host lives opposite and she was there to help with any enquiries despite the language barrier. The house was well equipped with everything you’d need for a short holiday. The town is delightful and the people friendly.

One improvement would be to have brighter lighting in the rooms. All the overhead lights and lamps were quite dim.
