"Appartamento caldo e accogliente."

Casa accogliente e caldissima all'arrivo. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno per 1 o 2 persone. Mi sono trovato bene e ho trovato totale disponibilità da parte della proprietaria e da chi gestisce la struttura.

In realtà tutto ciò che ha a che fare con l'appartamento andava bene, i prezzi sono leggermente aumentati rispetto a qualche anno fa. L'unico problema (che non dipende dai proprietari) è la grande presenza di cani randagi anche di grossa taglia liberi per le stradine. Per chi non ha dimestichezza con gli animali, potrebbe risultare sconfortante anche solo fare una passeggiata.

"Non lo consiglierei..."

Personale super disponibile e sempre reperibile. Struttura pulita. Posizione ottima per il lago e la pista, ma zona mal servita per tutto il resto dei servizi.

L' appartamento é molto umido, ben visibile sui muri. Un termosifone é rotto, sostituito con uno elettrico. Una soluzione che non mi é sembrata molto sicura. Divano letto inutilizzabile, letto molto scomodo. É stato impossibile dormire a causa di tutti i rumori della casa e di un allarme antincendio che si é messo a suonare nel bel mezzo della notte senza alcun motivo apparente. Prezzo davvero eccessivo per quello che si offre e categoria " suite " del tutto inappropriata.
