"A beautiful vila and such a lovely staff!"

The staff is absolutely amazing and so very lovely, friendly and helpful! Eti was very kind! The location is absolutely amazing, very close to the beach & in a quiet area. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and very well kept also! It’s a beautiful balinese vila, very open and perfect if you like to be between nature in this area. You have to let them know one day in advance what time you would like to have your breakfast or the amazing dinner, cooked by Ma Kim!

It is mentioned on Booking.com, and is logical because it’s a typical Balinese accommodation, but the fact that there’s no airconditioning proved to be a little bit uncomfortable since the rooms are upstairs and are very hot! Also, maybe it would have been nice to have more included as complimentary breakfast instead of the diner, because that’s what we booked it for and it’s not mentioned on Booking ☺️

"It was simply not up to scratch. We were promised a full refund and are yet to get one!"

We chose this place as it was close to the beach. Unfortunately there were many things that were wrong with the place and as a result we did not even stay a night. I did not feel comfortable for my family to stay there. The manager was concerned about us and said that we would get a full refund. Upon hearing this we mutually agreed that we should find another place to stay. So it all ended well with a handshake.

Once we got back home - Rumah Kita have now changed their mind and are refusing to give us our money back as agreed. Our driver was with us at the time and heard the whole conversation about us getting our money back. This has made us feel let down.
