The property was very clean and decorated really nice with a Christmas tree. All the facilities were amazing and the Hot tub was great!

The hot tub could maybe be a little more private with the property backing onto a main road

"Perfect start to my birthday weekend!!"

Absolutely stunning little cottage. The xmas lights outside, the christmas tree in the lounge, thoughtfull welcome pack, hot tub on and ready for us, logs and kindling for thevfire which was made up ready to light. Cant wait to return with out little dog and for a few nights.

Nothing its perfect.

"Fantastic cottage in a beautiful place"

Stunning comfortable cottage in a lovely village. We loved the log burner and hot tub. Everything you could need was included in the accommodation. The welcome pack and wine was a lovely touch. Only a few miles to bamburgh and the A1. One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in it was perfect!

Only slight negative was that the hot tub wasn’t very private. There was a bit of a gap in the corner behind the bbq where people walked past and could see into the garden. A bit of privacy fencing would solve this issue. Wasn’t really a problem for us at this time of year but possibly in summer when it is light might be different.

"So good for the animals to get a break from all the fireworks that constantly go off where I live"

all the add on extras, the welcome pack & the free wi-fi that worked & a brilliant TV choice only used hot tub once due to the time of the year, will defo be back thank you

Had a lovely relaxing stay in a lovely property and great location. Great attention to detail- welcome pack, doggy welcome pack etc were great.

Letting us know that there are really no decent supermarkets around. We would have brought more from home. Breakfast selection (or lack of) / cost at Apple Inn.
