The one couch is in terrible condition - the leather is peeling and crumbling. Covering it with blankets doesn't hide the terrible State. Aircon not cooling properly. House is quite dark

The house is lovely and spacious and has all the amenities you could need

Staff at the pool were not very friendly and didn't seem to want us to use their facilities

There was not hand soap in the bathrooms. Not all the lamps for loadshedding was fully charged

The house was neat and tidy, it could've come with the convenience of bathroom soaps and shower gels though. The house is isolated from the rest so you really get the feel of the bush without looking into your neighbors house. Zebula facilities has almost every thing you need.

My son went swimming in the house pool and stood on a broken piece of glass that was in the pool. The result was he cut the bottom of his right foot. He was meant to play in a soccer tournament this weekend but i unfortunately had to withdraw him from a soccer tournament as he cannot walk properly. I complained to our RnR contact that was initially sympathetic but to date i have received zero feedback or apology on the matter nor was i given a path forward on how they were going to ensure this would not happen again. To be clear, i don't hold them accountable as who would've know except in the actual idiots that broke the glass but the response to the problem was seriously lacking.

The property has everything and more of what you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the heart of the bushveld. Beautiful rooms and facilities that are well maintained. The property is close to a beautiful golf course and a spa.
