The apartment is exceptionally clean and tidy. It is equipped with new appliances and furniture, and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the nearest shop. A special advantage is the private parking.

The kitchen should be supplied with some basic items such as salt and pepper. The frying pan needs to be replaced because the Teflon coating is worn off.

"A good base for an excellent holiday."

Quite close to the beach, around 5 minutes by walk, but quite far to be quiet. All house is big for up to 8 person. Fully equipped. Air conditions are all rooms and kitchen. Very good beds.

A few bugs from neighbour's garden to the downstairs bathroom via ventillation fan /only here/, but not so big issue, can be treated with an insecticidal spray and after that everything is super.
