Parking

Zajra, the host, was friendly, and the location was good.

However, the apartment had issues with high humidity; everything was wet and didn’t dry properly. There are no normal windows, making it feel like you’re in a basement. The walls are in need of renovation, and the presence of ants was unpleasant.

This house has everything required for a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Lots of steps to get to the apartment but in a really quiet and friendly part of town .. warm, welcoming and friendly host, Zajra. Easy shuttle service into town. Great location for Amalfi and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of tourists.

It was average apartment. Clean. Good price and quality ratio.

the apartment doesn’t have much space. The bedrooms are quite normal, but kitchen and living room space is very small and there is only one window in kitchen so it is quite dark. Also the bedclothes have a smell of vinegar. The terrace photos is old, now the terrace is not so new and there are a lot of cats in the neighbourhood, they bring mouses every day and leave them near the door. The apartment location is a little far from Maiori - 35-40min by walking. But you can go by bus, it goes every hour. Also you have to leave car in the parking lot (if there is space there) and walk to the apartment about 5 min. If you have a lot of luggage it will not be comfortable because of stairs. But it is like that in all Amalfi coast.. We also had a recommendation from host to visit the only restaurant near the apartment, but we were very disappointed, the restaurant looked very nice, but it was expensive, we ordered ribs, and it was the worst ribs ever. Do not recommend ribs, but maybe other dishes are better.

This was the best apartment we've ever been. It was extremly well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the location is quiet so you can relax after the days spend on Amalfi coast. Also Zajtra was very helpful amd caring.

It was not problem for us, because we had rented car, but the apartment is a bit far from the centre of Maiori (we knew about rhis fact, because we googled the location before booking the apartment) But on the other hand, there are SITA buses (not very responsible) and also a local shuttle. One day we went by foot from Maiori and it was about 30-40 minutes walk and it was ok.
