Dirt road very tricky…. The house was very dilapidated and in need of some serious updating.

It was FREEZING cold in the house, and there is no heater or indoor fireplace. They asked us to bring extra blankets - why should we have to do this when renting at their property? The shower is really small and not great, constantly changing from hot to cold water. The bath taps don't work. The kitchen sink has no hot water. The pots were dirty. We also had to pay a R500 "service fee" but we never met anyone, and were asked to do all dishes, so what is this fee even for?
